 The Thrane & Thrane Spirit has been around since the start of 1981. This rather abstract concept has to do with working closely together to pursue common goals in all directions across the organization.
We maintain the flattest possible organization with the shortest possible distance from visions to decisions. While we do all we can to preserve this way of doing things, Thrane & Thrane has grown from a small to a medium-sized company, making it necessary to introduce more structured planning strategies and additional organizational layers.
But Thrane & Thrane continues to bear the mark of the personalities, dynamism, creativity, and technical expertise of the founders, Lars and Per Thrane. The atmosphere is direct and informal, and while we sometimes do not mix our words, we are certainly not short on humor. We are constantly seeking to challenge limits - our own and those of technology.
